Traditional methods (DEXA, strength tests, subjective assessments) can’t reveal what’s really happening inside your individual muscles.


The level of precision in Optima Muscle is beyond anything you’ve done before.  If your left tricep is 11.2% bigger than your right tricep, we will be able to detect it and fix it (before you tear your pec off the bone…).  This is because a major asymmetry in muscle size, strength and/or range of motion will cause you to compensate over and over again both limiting peak performance and eventually causing injury.

How is MRI muscle scanning different from DEXA or InBody?

Unlike DEXA or InBody that only measure body fat percentage, we use MRI data to build a 3D view of individual muscles measuring actual muscle volume, density, and symmetry for unparalleled accuracy.

How long does it take to collect all the data and deliver my plan?

Depends on your schedule and how quickly you can get in to get scanned.  Once scanned we’ll get the MRI the data back in 7-10 during which time we’ll be working together collecting additional data on movement and performance.  You’ll get your full report within two weeks of your scan.

What happens after I get my plan?

You meet with our team to review and to ensure you understand how to implement.  You’ll have Slack and Zoom access to your coach for the first two weeks to ensure you have quick answers as questions arise.  We also offer monthly coaching options if you do not already have a team behind you and you’re interested in a higher level of ongoing support.

Is this safe and HIPAA compliant?

Yes. MRI is non-invasive and radiation-free. All scans and reports are handled with full HIPAA compliance for data security and privacy.

How long does it take to fix muscular imbalances?

Depends on the severity of the issue discovered.  Between 6-12 months is Improved strength ratios, reduced injury risk, better performance metrics, and measurable gains in symmetry, power, and recovery.  We recommend getting re-scanned twice per year to track progress.  <

Can my current coach or trainer use the data from this program to adjust my training plan?

Absolutely.  We’ll write a full training program for you.  Your existing team is welcome to make adjustments and modify how they see fit.
